These terms govern use of Bagelzop (“Bagelzop”) to place orders with Island Bagel Bar and related participating stores. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Guest checkout
You may order as a guest. An account is not required. You are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and any fulfillment details so the store can prepare and notify you about your order.
Orders and fulfillment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. The store may decline, delay, or cancel an order when items are unavailable, the shop is paused, or payment cannot be completed. Quoted ready times are estimates.
SMS notifications
By providing a mobile number at checkout you consent to receive transactional text messages about that order, including ready-for-pickup notices. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of further texts where that option is available.
Payments
Bagelzop does not store card numbers. Card payments are processed by Clover and, where used, Stripe. The store and its processors are responsible for charging, refunds, and chargebacks according to their policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bagelzop and Island Bagel Bar are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ordering, delays, or unavailability. Food orders are sold as-is once accepted by the store.
