Bagelzop (“Bagelzop”) operates the ordering software used by Island Bagel Bar. This policy describes what we collect when you place an order and how it is used.
Information we collect
Guest checkout may include your name, mobile number, email, order contents, fulfillment preference, and notes. We also receive technical data such as device and request metadata needed to run the site. We do not require an account to order.
How we use it
Order details are used to prepare food, notify you when an order is ready, prevent duplicate tickets, and operate kitchen and merchant tools. Phone numbers are used for transactional SMS about your order. Email, if provided, may be used for receipts or order follow-up.
SMS consent
Providing a phone number is consent to receive order-status texts, including ready notifications. These messages are transactional. We do not sell your number. You may opt out of further texts by contacting the store or using STOP where supported.
Payments
Bagelzop does not store card numbers or full payment credentials. Card processing is handled by Clover (and Stripe where that processor is enabled). Payment data is subject to those processors’ privacy and security terms.
Sharing
We share order information with the fulfilling store, Clover, and service providers that send SMS or host the application. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and contact
